Welcome to Omabae! We’re dedicated to ensuring that your products are delivered safely, quickly, and efficiently.

Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.




1. Order Processing.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking ID.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.




2. Estimated Delivery Time.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather or festive rush.




3. Shipping Charges.

Free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 will have a shipping fee of ₹99.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee between ₹99 or higher depending on the area.




4. Tracking Your Order.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

You can also log in to your Omabae account and check the live status of your delivery anytime.




5. Delivery Issues.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to 2 attempts.

In case your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it can be re-shipped after reconfirmation with applicable re-shipping charges.




6. Damaged or Missing Packages.

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing uncut video at info@zayoma-india.com with your Order ID.

Our team will assist you promptly within 48 hours.




7. International Shipping.

Currently, Omabae ships only within India.

International delivery services will be introduced soon.
